Getting Started

 
 

Wondering what to bring to your first class?

Here are a few items to gather in advance:

  • Yoga mat and either a blanket or towel to lay underneath (as we’ll be practicing on grass!)

  • Blocks (Cork blocks offer better stability but foam blocks work great, too!)

  • Sun screen (The view of Saratoga Lake is beautiful - full sun guaranteed! Make sure to take care of that sensitive baby skin!)

  • Plenty of water (Staying hydrated is key!)

  • A beginner’s mind, good sense of humor, and positive attitude!


Class Location & Format

June - September: Classes will take place outdoors at Saratoga Waterfront Park, weather permitting. Once you are on our mailing list, you’ll be the first to know about new program offerings, upcoming classes, and any last-minute cancellations (though fingers crossed for good weather so that won’t happen!).

September - May: As the seasons change and we head into fall, classes will continue either via Zoom or Google Meet. Exact details to follow as we get closer (but let’s enjoy the summer for now!).
